Shipping and Handling (S&H)
S&H is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, processing, transport and handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. S&H is subject to change and will be determined at time of order and subject to the following:
Standard Delivery: Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (EST).
Overnight Delivery: Your order should arrive the next business day after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (EST). Please note overnight orders placed after 12:00 noon (EST) Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive the next business day after shipping. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam Deliveries: Add $5.00 to the applicable S&H charges for standard shipping. Your order should arrive in approximately 7 to 10 business days if ordered by 12:00 noon (EST).
International Deliveries: At this time, we are only able to allow online orders for U.S. addresses. It is not possible to specify any other international destination or U.S. territory when placing an order online. However, you may have your TaoFormulations.com purchase shipped to an international address by calling 1.888.418.5556.
S&H Rates
Costs are calculated according to the total quantity of the merchandise in your order. We offer shipments via USPS Priority Mail (2-6 business days) or FedEx Standard Overnight. We are unable to ship to international addresses at this time. Due to the rate increase administered by the United States Postal Service (USPS) in May of 2007, there are now varying shipping rates for Priority Mail Service depending upon the Zone you fall in (determined by your Zip Code). Shipping rate charges will be determined once your Zip Code is entered and you Calculate your Cart prior to Checkout. All prices are expressed in U.S. currency.
Delivery to Post Office Boxes
Next-day shipping is not available to post office boxes. All standard deliveries to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via parcel post. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding when you will receive your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your timely return of unopened merchandise for a full refund of the original purchase price.
Returned merchandise should include the original packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Items returned after 60 days might be subject to a reduced refund if not in its original packaging or in salable condition. Please allow two to three weeks for the processing of your return. On the front of your packing slip (enclosed with your purchase), note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange it, credit the price toward another purchase, or receive a refund.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is automatically applied to your Tao Formulations order in accordance with state regulations if your shipping address is in Connecticut.
